Very bad service. We stood in line for ages (15 to 20 minutes) in front of the restaurant and were ignored. No employee felt responsible to say at least briefly that it would be a while before we got a place. We have often eaten or had breakfast here, but we prefer to go somewhere else where we are looked after.

I had the fried chicken salad. Salad was fresh and flavorful. I couldn't have made potato salad better. Our son 10 had a cutlet (chicken). The service was very friendly, in a good mood and was also kidding. So the question was asked who gets the children's plate. If we are in the area again, we will definitely eat there again.

1 star is too much for this store. ZERO friendliness, ZERO customer orientation but 100% CHEERFUL !! I was just being fooled by an employee at the goods delivery in Fellbach and did not give me my goods out of TROTZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will find out whose name and submit a real complaint !! Such an incredible insolence! And that's not the first bad experience I've had in this store. It's a shame !!

The less motivated waiter staff has just as little claim to guest satisfaction and work as the kitchen of the boiled convenience food. 90% of drinks and food come without a smile, if you want to pay after a long wait, you almost feel guilty. Even though some of the staff have been working there for years since opening, nobody seems to like doing that, with 3 exceptions.

Breakfast is very cheap and really good for the money. Unfortunately you can only have breakfast from 10 a.m. which is a little late. But that's also a matter of taste. The other food is totally fine.

Unfriendly stressed waitress, cold food, salad already withered, ice melted until it was there. Extremely long waiting times. Not enough employees for so many guests.
